Managed People Solutions is offering an opportunity to young, unemployed and ambitious individuals looking for a 12-month workplace experience. Candidates will perform basic merchandiser duties in specified retail store(s). Candidates must be able to travel to Pietermaritzburg and its vicinity on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine stock to be merchandised.
- Draw stock requirements.
- Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags.
- Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief.
- Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests.
- Communicate and maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
- Effectively record merchandising activities.
- Execute calls as per call cycle.
- Advise RSM on out-of-stock products.
Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Completed N6 in Business Management and/or Marketing Management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Vibrant personality.
Fixed-Term Contract Duration: 12 months.
